Cortado (software)

Cortado is a free Java applet embedded in Web pages to media ( Ogg Vorbis, Ogg Theora, μ -law, MJPEG and Smoke, own MJPEG Variant) playback.

It is under the GPL license ( version 2 or later) and was originally developed by the Spanish company Flumotion as part of their multimedia streaming package. Meanwhile, there will be further developed under the umbrella of the Xiph.Org Foundation.
