Corticiasca

Corticiasca is a former municipality in the district of Lugano in the canton Capriasca in the district of Ticino in Switzerland.

On 20 April 2008, it merged with Bidogno and Lugaggia the new community Capriasca.

History

In 1574, the village is mentioned in writing for the first time as Cortizascha. End of the 19th century a part of the village was destroyed by a landslide.
