Cotignola

Cotignola is a municipality with 7440 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Ravenna in the Italian region Emilia -Romagna. It is located about 50 km southeast of Bologna and about 20 km west of Ravenna.

Cotignola borders the following municipalities: Bagnacavallo, Bagnara di Romagna, Faenza, Lugo and Solarolo.

To Cotignola include the districts Barbiano, Budrio and San Severo.
