Coto Makassar
Coto Makassar is a traditional dish of Indonesian cuisine from Makassar, which is also offered in many other regions in Indonesia.
It consists of a broth with vegetables and beef pieces in simpler restaurants with various offal and soup bones from cattle. These Ketupat, rice clumped in a braided bag made of palm leaves, a bowl with roasted shallots and diced pieces of kaffir lime is served mostly.
