The Cotton Belt Belt is a region in the south of the United States in the 19th and 20th centuries, mainly cotton was planted.

The Cotton Belt is located entirely or partially in the following countries:

North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kentucky, Florida, and Virginia.

In parts of this region, although cotton is still cultivated, but not more than main yielder.
