Council of Ministers of France

In France, the Conseil des ministres (German Council of Ministers) is the only one provided for in the Constitution of the collegiate executive with government function. This is an expression of "limited collegiality " ( collégialité limitée ). It is composed of the ministers, but also secretaries of state.
