Court of Appeal of England and Wales

The Court of Appeal is a court in England and Wales and adjacent to the High Court of Justice ( High Court ) and the Crown Court ( Criminal Court ) of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He has worked as a court of appeal. Above him is since the Constitutional Reform Act 2005, only the Supreme Court; previously this task lay before the House of Lords.

Occupation

The Court of Appeal is divided into two departments, the Civil and the Criminal Division. The Civil Division is faced with the Master of the Rolls, the Criminal Division of the Lord Chief Justice. The court next to belong to 28 judges who decide divisions of three judges each.
