Court of Honor

A professional court (or court of honor ) is in Germany a court may impose disciplinary action for conduct that (see professional law, professional ethics, professional ethics ) is not compatible with the reputation of the profession. Court of Honour

Court of honor is also in some associations and non-governmental organizations an institution that is responsible for disputes in the organization. These organizations combine in this case is not representative of certain professions, but members of the local, ethnic, inter alia communities.

In Germany abolished in 1919 the Weimar Constitution by the Article 105 of the military courts of honor from which they could pronounce a simple farewell among peers.
