Craig Reichert

Craig Steven Reichert ( born May 11, 1974 in Winnipeg, Manitoba ) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player who was active during his active career, among other things, for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim in the National Hockey League.

Career

Craig Reichert began his career in the Alberta Midget Hockey League with the Calgary Buffaloes, for which he was active from 1990 to 1991. He then joined the Spokane Chiefs, a team of Canadian top junior Western Hockey League, at. After he had scored a total of 34 points for the Chiefs in the 1991/92 season in 72 games, he went the following year to the Red Deer Rebels. There, he managed to increase his points haul and set up in the season 1993/94 with a total of 123 points in 76 games his Karrierebestwert. As a result, he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 1994 in the third round to 67th overall position of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. The following season Reichert spent at their farm team, the San Diego Gulls, in the International Hockey League. For the 1995/96 season he was sent to the Baltimore Bandits in the American Hockey League. After he had graduated from there the full season as a regular player, Reichert began the following season with the Bandits. In the course of the season he was named for Frank Banham in the NHL squad Mighty Ducks.

In February 1997, he completed three games for the Californians in the NHL, all of which ended in defeat. Reichert stuck with it point by point and with impunity. He was then sent back to the Baltimore Bandits, where he positively joined as a template donor in appearance and 55 assists in 80 games posted. The seasons 1997/98 and 1998/99 he was exclusively with the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks in use and was appointed to the Team Captain. After his contract expired at the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, Reichert signed on 21 July 1999 as a free agent with the Florida Panthers. As a result, the attacker was to their farm team, the Louisville Panthers, sent to the AHL. After he had spent a season with the Louisville Panthers as starting player, Reichert signed for season 2000/ 01 at the Düsseldorf EC. One year he was in Dusseldorf in use and scored in 60 games of the regular season total of 35 points scorer. On 11 June 2001, he joined the Edmonton Oilers. For the 2001/ 02 season, Reichert was in their former farm team, the Hamilton Bulldogs, in action. After 49 games and 22 points for the Bulldogs, he finished after this season his career.
