Craig Steadman

Craig Steadman (born 14 July 1982 Farnworth, England ) is an English snooker player.

Career

Steadman reached the quarterfinals of the IBSF World Snooker Championship 2006 in Amman, Jordan, where he was beaten by Manan Chandra 6-3. He reached the final of the EBSA European Championship Snooker 2008, was beaten but with 6:7 David Grace.

On the Snooker main tour he played for the first time in the 2009/10 season, after he managed to qualify through eighth place on the DIOS tour. At the end of the season he was ranked 77 and thus missed the qualifier for the professional tour.

On 23 May 2009 he won the English amateur team championship with Manchester.

Steadman was able to reach 2012 for the first time the finals of a main tour tournament when he defeated as a wildcard player Mike Dunn at the German Masters. In the first round but then he lost to Matthew Stevens with 1:5.

About the prize money ranking of the Players Tour Championship series in 2011/12, he has managed to return to the Main Tour from the 2012/13 season.
