Crème de menthe

Crème de menthe is a sweet alcoholic drink with peppermint flavor. In addition to a clear variant ( "white" ), there is also a green variant. The green color arises by means of the insertion of mint leaves or dyes. Both versions are very similar in taste.

Crème de menthe is used in a variety of cocktails, such as the Grasshopper and the " stinger." It is also drunk as a digestif after a meal.
