Crépinette
As crépinette is called a French sausage specialty.
The crépinette is a flat sausage from meat that is packaged in pigs networks. When meats are often veal, lamb, beef, pork, poultry but also used. The sausage mixture containing chopped parsley as a typical ingredient.
