Cement Roadstone Holding plc (CRH) is a global Irish building materials manufacturer headquartered in Dublin. The company was created in 1970 by the merger of the Irish company Cement Roadstone Holding Ltd. and .. The company is a member of the ISEQ Overall Index on the Irish Stock Exchange. It is traded on the stock exchanges in London and New York City and is among the 50 companies in the EURO STOXX 50 - share index.

The company has about 3,000 branches and affiliates in about 27 countries, including the Swiss company groups Jura -Holding (material production) and CRH Central Europe Builders Merchants ( with the involvement of CRH Gétaz Group ( Building Materials ) ), and the German companies Unidek Germany GmbH and the Gefinex GmbH, as well as the building materials manufacturer Ehl AG. Other components of the Group for the Halfen GmbH & Co.KG, the Austrian building materials dealers Quester and the German builders merchants Bauking.
