Crinisus

Crimisus (Greek Κριμισός; Latin Crinisus ) is in ancient times the god of a river in Sicily, probably the present-day Belize. Like all river gods, he is the son of Tethys and her brother Okeanos.

According to Virgil and Hyginus Mythographus begat Crimisus with a Trojan called nymph Segesta Segesta or the Acestes, who later founded the Sicilian city of Segesta.
