Cristal Baschet

A Cristal Baschet is a musical instrument made ​​of glass and metal and goes to the principles of Euphones back (Ernst Florens Friedrich Chladni, 1789) and similar instruments.

It was rediscovered in 1952 by Bernard and François Baschet and rebuilt. Glass rods are rubbed with wet fingers (like the glass bowls or bells of the glass harmonica ) and transmit their vibrations to the metal.
