Cristian Daniel Ledesma

Cristian Daniel Ledesma ( * September 24 1982 in San Isidro ) is an Argentine - Italian football player. He plays the position of midfielder.

Cristian Daniel Ledesma joined the 2001/02 season for Italian Serie A club U.S. Lecce. In his first season at Lecce, the southern Italians were relegated to Serie B. In the following season Ledesma made ​​it into the starting eleven and could achieve his first goal in Italy. In the season 2002/ 03 Lecce managed to re- direct promotion to Serie A. Here Lecce was able to hold the following three seasons and Ledesma was able to defend his place and became one of the top performers of his team. U.S. Lecce finished at the end of the 2005/06 season the second- last place and thus rose from the B series. Ledesma changed therefore the 2006/07 season for Serie A club Lazio.

On 17 November 2010 Ledesma debuted in the game against Romania in the Italian national team.
