CRM WebClient UI
CRM WebClient UI is developed by SAP AG online user interface for the product to Customer Relationship Management. The WebClient UI provides a role-based user interface with a customizable navigation.
Framework architecture
The framework architecture is based on different layers. The various layers are completely separated from each other. This separation allows the connection of any business application with the Presentation Layer using the Business Object Layer ( BOL) and the generic interaction layer ( GENIL ).
Presentation Layer
The presentation layer of the CRM WebClient UI is based on the framework of the CRM user interface ( CRM UIF ), which forms the basis for running in the web browser HTML pages.
Business Layer
The Business Object Layer ( BOL ) and the Generic Interaction Layer ( GenIL ) are important components of the Business Layer.
