The Croatian national ice hockey men is performed after the World Cup 2012 in the IIHF World Ranking at No. 30 and has been at the Ice Hockey World Championship for Men 2013 winner of Division II. Coach of the team is the Canadian former professional Donald MacLean.

History

Since 6 May 1992, the Croatian national ice hockey team is official member of the World Federation IIHF Ice Hockey. A total of 609 hockey players are, according to the IIHF registered, including 123 men, 58 women and 486 juniors.

According to the ranking of the IIHF is the Croatian national ice hockey team of men to 30th place, the women of the 20th Place. Their first World Cup appearance they had in 1994, where the team took in the C group.

Achievements

After seven years of residence in the C and D groups managed the team in 2000 promoted to the newly created Division I, took part in the Croatia three years.
