Crossover switch

A crossbar (also switch box, matrix, switches, selector, english selector, crossover switch, or matrix switch called ) is a control unit for switching of different signal sources to one or more consumers, such as the switching of video and / or audio signals to specific receivers. Cross rails can be combined so that the distributed inputs to their signal sources can be sent to multiple users simultaneously. There are also data matrix switchers can switch the RS -422 signals. However, these switchers can switch only one signal source to a consumer. A multi-distribution is not possible here.
