CS Louhans-Cuiseaux

The Club Sportif Louhans - Cuiseaux is located in the department of Saône -et -Loire, a French football club from the Burgundian neighboring cities and Louhans Cuiseaux, south east of Chalon -sur -Saône.

It was created in 1970 by the merger of Club Sportif Louhannais (founded in 1916) and Club de Cuiseaux ( founded in 1930 ) until 1989 as CS - Cuiseaux Louhans, since under its present name. The club colors are red and yellow; league team plays at the Parc des Sports du Louhans in Bram, which has a capacity of 8,400 seats. Curiously, the stadium of the club so that has more seats than the site inhabitants.

Club president is Guy Chevalier; the first team is currently coached by Stéphane Crucet. (August 2009)

League membership

Professional status has owned 1995-2003 Louhans - Cuiseaux. First class (Division 1 since 2002 in Ligue 1 renamed) played not the club, but for many years was represented in the second division; 2013/14 he played in fünftklassigen CFA2.
