Csorvás

Csorvás [ ʧorva ː ʃ ] is a small town in southern Hungary. It is located in Békés county, which in turn lies in the statistical planning region Dél- Alfold. The nearest major town, Orosháza is located about 16 km along the main road 47.

Csorvás, as ascertained on the basis of archaeological finds to look back on at least a 850 -year history. The first written record comes from the year 1456. Rights About the city has Csorvás since 1 July 2005. There are several monuments, and three churches. According to the 2001 census Csorvás counts 5738 inhabitants.
