CT&T United
The CT & T Corporation is an association founded by Lee Young -gi in February, 2002 Manufacturer of golf caddies and automobiles, headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. The company is the world's leading manufacturer of electric cars.
Corporate Development
Back in April, the company's Technical Research Institute presented the first two design templates which the CT & T has patented one immediately. Two other patents were finally registered in November. The first completed car concept, called CT & T eZone EV concept car, the company presented in June 2003, the Korean press. In August, the manufacturer went a step further and allowed to subscribe for Development and Transport as a manufacturer of automobiles in the Ministry. After that, the company immediately began series production of its vehicles developed. On the BIMOS 2010, which took place in October, the vehicles were now issued for the first time; and this caused a rapid success of the company. In addition to local merchants also many entrepreneurs from abroad expressed their interest to drive these vehicles. So followed in the subsequent years contracts, the vehicles to Canada, the Philippines, Iran, Hong Kong, to export to the People's Republic of China and even in the United States.
In view of the success of the Korea Development Bank bought in March 2005 as one share of seven percent of the CT & T Corporation. The following month, the Kotec stood guarantee and responsibility for the technical equipment of the company. In May CT & T finally presented a golf caddy, the CT & T CZone, which went into production in October. In December agreed CT & T finally with the KIAS future joint development of electric vehicles. By KIAS, currently known as KAIST, promoted to CT & T has since then also with the realization of fuel cell - battery hybrid systems, from the already several developments are applied in the CT & T vehicles. In March 2007, CT & T also began the construction of a second production facility in the United Arab Emirates. In a joint venture with the Small Business Development Corporation, the vehicles are now also manufactured in Australia and the Philippines. Also, the vehicles received through this joint venture a standard ABS. Another production facility built CT & T in Weihai, Shandong Sheng, where the CZone is made since then. The company is also delivering well as local fire and police stations as well as the ROKAF.
The joint venture with the Chinese automotive Wonder Auto Technology from Jinzhou, enabled the production of e -ZONE as the world's cheapest electric car with a price of 4,100 €.
According to information from the German magazine Auto Motor und Sport CT & T is currently also going to set up production in the Fiji Islands and Hawaii. 30 more so-called RAS centers are planned for Europe. Newest Model of the manufacturer is a solar-powered two-seat sports car that was presented at the Detroit Motor Show in 2010 and bears the name CT & T C Square C2. The U.S. version of the E-Zone Plus in addition, a new design will appear. From this, the manufacturer will soon launch a four-door version on the market. A fun and recreational vehicle, however, is to be the amphibious CT & T Multi Amphibious Vehicle.
