Cumayeri is a town and a district of the Turkish province of Düzce. The village is located about 18 kilometers west of the provincial capital of Düzce.

The district is located in the west of the province. It is bordered to the north by Akçakoca, to the east by Çilimli, to the south by Gümüşova and to the west by the province of Sakarya. The Atatürk Caddesi Cumayeri connects with the highway D -100 from Istanbul to Erzurum and Edirne on the Iranian border, which passes to the south outside the district. The river Melen Çayı crosses the county east of the county town, from south to north, and further flows into the Black Sea.

The county has an area of 52 square kilometers, the smallest of the province.
