The Cunard Building is a building in Liverpool. It is located on the waterfront at Pier Head, that since 2004 has the status of a World Heritage Site. Together with the Royal Liver Building and Port of Liverpool Building is one of the so-called Three Graces ( " Three Graces " ), one of the landmarks of the city.

It was designed by William Edward Willink and Philip Coldwell Thicknesse and built in 1914-1917. Stylistically, it is influenced by the Italian Renaissance and Greek Revival architecture and is based on the Italian palazzo. The building consists of a reinforced concrete structure and a covering made of Portland stone. Numerous decorative elements adorn the facade, worth mentioning are the statues of bald eagles, which are respectively attached to the building edges. In contrast to the neighboring buildings, it is not symmetrical, but on the rear side is wider than at the front.

Until the 1960s in building the Cunard Line was established. Today it belongs to the Merseyside Pension Fund and the spaces be used by several private and public companies.
