Cundi (footballer)

Secundino Suárez Vázquez called Cundi ( born April 13, 1955 in Sotondio ) is a former Spanish footballer.

Playing career

Cundi began his career in 1973 at Sporting Gijón in Asturias, and remained until 1990, so he played his entire career at Sporting. Furthermore, he could not win a single title at club level. He finished his career in 1990 after the end of his contract with Sporting Gijon.

Cundi was part of the Spanish banns for the 1976 Olympics, but where his team was eliminated in the first round. He also played a total of nine times for Spain's A-National Team. He participated in the European Football Championship in 1980 partly in Italy, where the Iberians were eliminated in the first round as a group last.
