Currituck County is a county located in the state of North Carolina of the United States. The administrative headquarters ( County Seat) is Currituck.

Geography

The County is located in the extreme north-east of North Carolina, bounded on the north Virginia and has an area of ​​1361 square kilometers, of which 684 square kilometers are water surface. It is bordered clockwise to the following counties: Dare County and Camden County.

History
