Curti, Campania

Curti is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 7051 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Caserta in Campania. The community is located about 5 kilometers west of Caserta and 26 km north of Naples.

History

The Conocchia is an ancient tomb, which has been preserved from the ancient Roman times and is regarded as a symbol of Curtis.

Community partnerships

Curti has partnerships with the Spanish community Chiprana in Aragon and with the Bulgarian Pavel Banya in Oblast Stara Zagora.

Traffic

Curti lies south of the Autostrada A1 from Rome to Naples. The Strada Statale 7 Appia runs right through the village.
