Cutler Bay is a city in Miami -Dade County in the U.S. state of Florida with 40 286 inhabitants ( 2010).

Geography

Cutler Bay is located about 20 km south of Miami along the Biscayne Bay. In the north of Palmetto Bay adjacent to the city.

Demographics

According to the 2010 census, the then 40 286 inhabitants distributed to 14,620 households. The population density was 2543.3 inh. / Km ². 77.3 % of the population were white, 14.2% African American, 0.2% Native American and 2.3% Asian Americans. 2.8% were members of other ethnic groups and 3.2% in different ethnic groups. 54.5 % of the population were Hispanic or Latino.
