Cyberia (video game)

Cyberia is a computer game and was released in 1994 for PC with operating system MS -DOS. It is the first game of its kind with 3D rendered graphics. Two years later, followed by ports for Playstation, Sega Saturn and 3DO. The continuation of Cyberia 2 was released in 1995 for the operating systems MS -DOS and MS- Windows 95

Background

The Earth in 2027, five years after the world economic collapse. The collapse of the world economy leads to massive changes in the global power structures. The criminal Eastern Bloc cartels are fighting with the western free world Alliance ( FWA) for supremacy. The talented computer hacker Zak ( Zebulon Pike Kingston) sits in custody and accused of espionage and treason. William Devlin, head of the FWA, Zak makes an offer: if he takes part in a secret mission, he is released from his imprisonment. Under the frozen wastes of Siberia, a building complex with the codename Cyberia was discovered in which to reside research laboratories for nanotechnology and cybernetics and a mysterious weapon is developed. Zak should enter this building complex and steal this weapon. He accepts the offer and is brought to a station in the North Atlantic, from where he intended to TF -22 Trans Fighter to Cyberia complex fly a fighter aircraft of the type.

Action

The player controls Zak interactively with the keyboard without timing on predefined paths, one of which can not be derogated. It must be solved puzzles and skill missions are played.
