Cyclophyllidea ( kyklofy'lɪdɛa, also tsy ) is an order of tapeworms. Many species of this order provide clinically important parasites of humans and animals corner shows Cyclophyllidea have many members ( proglottids ) and four suction cups on the tapeworm head ( scolex ). The genital pores of the proglottids are usually trained on one side, only the representatives of the Dilepididae have arranged on both sides genital pores. Behind the ovary is a compact vitelline gland ( Vitellarium ).
