Cyril Cusack

Cyril James Cusack (* November 26, 1910 in Durban, South Africa; † 7 October 1993 in London ) was an Irish actor born in South Africa.

Career

Cusack was already in childhood for the first time on stage. In 1932 he became a member of the ensemble of the Dublin Abbey Theatre; In 1947 he founded his own theater company. In 1963 he joined London's Royal Shakespeare Company.

He starred in many films, the most famous Harold and Maude Ruth Gordon, My Left Foot with Daniel Day Lewis and Fahrenheit 451 with Oskar Werner and Julie Christie and Two Dogs sky on the way to hell with Bud Spencer and Terence Hill. He also starred in the 1984 film as Mr. Charrington with.
