Czarków, Gliwice County

Czarków ( German Zharkov ) is an Upper Silesian village in the municipality Wielowieś, powiat Gliwice in Silesian Voivodeship in Poland.

From 1936 to 1945 Czarków bore the official name Huben sand. Before 1945 was the Polish name of the place Ciarków.

Czarków has 247 inhabitants.

History

In 1945 Sand Huben under Polish administration.

From 1975 to 1998 Czarków lay in the newly designed Katowice Voivodeship. In 1999, Czarków the new Silesian Voivodeship and in the revived powiat Gliwice.
