D'Sound
D'Sound is a Norwegian pop band with the members of Simone Larsen (vocals and guitar) and Johnny Sjo (bass guitar). The music style of the band is assigned to the Acid Jazz general.
The band was founded in 1993, and released their debut album three years later. In 1994 she performed at the Oslo Rockefestival in Youngstorvet for the first time in public.
The longtime drummer and band co-founder Kim Ofstad left the band during the recording of the ( published in 2010 ) album starts and ends, but is back ( appeared since the recording of the 2014 album Signs ) member of the group.
In 1998, the band won the Norwegian Spellemannpris. In 2011 they published together with the singer Anneli Drecker the charity single Unseen.
