Da'i al-Mutlaq

A ʿ ī dA (Arabic داع, DMG dA ʿ in or - determined - الداعي / ad -da ʿ ī ) is an Islamic missionary. His activity, the call to the Islamic faith, is called da'wa and was first applied in the 7th century by the Kharijites who established themselves in this way in the Maghreb. In the 10th century, the Ismailis systematized the process and established with his help, among other things, the dynasty of the Fatimids.

Today, this form of missionary work, especially in mosques and on television is exercised.
