Da Ding

Tài thing ( † around 1741 BC) (Chinese太 丁) or Da Ding (大 丁Chinese ) Cheng Tang was the Crown Prince, his eldest son, and perhaps the second king of the Shang dynasty. His birth name was yǐ the (以 跌). In the history book Shiji is recorded that he died before his coronation as king, but there are many in the oracle bones Weissagungsaufzeichnungen as to its activities, the basis of which the historians assume that he led military operations for Cheng Tang.

His younger brothers Wai Bing ( the three years reigned as King ), Zhong Ren (four years ) and his son Tai Jia were the subsequent rulers of the Shang Dynasty.
