Dactylopodida
The Dactylopodida are a group of amoeba -like unicellular organisms and are among the Amoebozoa.
Features
The motile cells have a flattened shape of an irregular triangle with a broad hyaline margin. The also hyaline, finger-like (hence the name Dactylopodia ) sub- pseudopodia form at the edge of the hyaline cytoplasm. You have a single nucleus with a central nucleolus. Some genera, such Neoparamoeba and Paramoeba own Para omen. The cell membrane is variable and is comprised of micro- scale, six - or five-sided Glycostylen ( complex flexible structures on the cell surface ) or fibrous.
