Daegu-Marathon
The Daegu Marathon is a running event that takes place in Daegu since 2001. Originally a half-marathon, who served on the Football World Cup 2002 match, the marathon distance was introduced in 2007. Ahead of the World Championships in Athletics 2011, the run was converted to a race with elite participation called Daegu International Marathon 2009.
The organizers are the Sports Council Daegu City and South Korean Athletics Association. Start and finish at Daegu Stadium. The program also includes a 10 - km run.
