DAF 33

DAF 33 Saloon ( 1971)

The DAF 33 was a small car of the Dutch company DAF, which was built from 1967 to 1974 at the factory Born ( today NedCar ). In appearance and technology, he differed little from its predecessor, the DAF 32

1966 designed by Michelotti DAF 44 was introduced, which was slightly larger than the Daffodil, but the 33 whose development costs had already paid for itself long remained with the new names to 1974 in production.

The DAF 33 had a two-cylinder boxer engine with 0.75 liter displacement and 30 hp ( 22 kW) and, like all DAF, the continuously variable, belt driven with automatic VARIOmatic.
