Dai Young

David " Dai " Young ( born July 26, 1967 in Aberdare ) is a former Welsh rugby union player and current coach of London Wasps. He played as a pillar for the Welsh national team, the British and Irish Lions and most diverse clubs in the Welsh Rugby Union. Between 1990 and 1996 he was a rugby league player.

Young began his career in 1985 at Swansea RFC. In 1988 he first came to Cardiff and stayed until 1990. Subsequently, he moved the code and played rugby league for Leeds Rhinos. After a year he went to the Salford City Reds, where he remained until the professionalisation of rugby union. Up to end of his career he played for Cardiff RFC.
