Daia

Daia ( until 1930 Daia Saseasca, German Thalheim, Hungarian Dolmány ) is a village about 10 kilometers northeast of Sibiu in Transylvania, the western tip of Harbach valley. Daia belongs to the municipality Roşia (German Rothenberg ) and has about 800 inhabitants.

On a hill to the village, the evangelical church is with standing in the castle ring bell tower. The church dates from the 13th century.
