Dal Bhat

Dal Bhat ( Hindi / Nepali: दालभात; dālbhāt ) is a simple, inexpensive everyday meal of the South Asian cuisine. It consists in the main of lentil soup ( dal ), rice ( bhat ) and seasonal vegetables. Dal Bhat is used in all countries of South Asia, particularly in Nepal.
