Dal Stivens
Dal Stivens ( born December 31, 1911 in Blayney, Blayney Shire, New South Wales, † June 15, 1997 in Sydney) was an Australian writer.
Stivens was married from 1945 until his divorce in 1977 Winifred Wright, the two had two children.
Stivens novel, A horse of air portrays the mystical quest for a rare bird. 1970, the novel was awarded the Miles Franklin Award.
