Dalberg-Wendelstorf

Dalberg - Wendelstorf is a municipality in the district of North West in Mecklenburg -Vorpommern ( Germany ). The community is managed by the Office Lützow - Lübstorf based in the municipality of Lützow.

Geography

The community Dalberg - Wendelstorf located between the state capital Schwerin and the town of Greve mills in the valley of the upper Stepenitz. The environment consists of rolling hills, about 60 m above sea level. Reach sea level.

Besides Dalberg and Wendelstorf (Association 1958) of the district of Seefeld belongs to the municipality.

History

The village Dalberg was first mentioned in 1171, making it one of the oldest villages of West Mecklenburg, Wendelstorfs was first mentioned in 1194 in Isfriedschen sharing agreement. The local farmers had to build the first Bede to the bishopric of Schwerin, from the 16th century, people went about in Domanium for lease. 1669 Dalberg had 58 inhabitants. Towards the end of the 17th century, here too, the peasants were serfs.
