Delma (Arabic دلما, Dalma DMG ) is a volcanic island off the coast of Abu Dhabi. It has a size of nine by five kilometers in a north-south orientation without the artificially filled southern peninsula. In the central mountains it reaches a height of 98 meters.

The Arabic name Delma means as much as " A bucket full of water ," which alludes to the existence of a well in comparison to the surrounding dry islands. The island has about 6,000 inhabitants and has a long history in pearl diving, fishing and boat building as well as the cultivation of date palms. On Delma is a local airport with a flight to Abu Dhabi. There is a ferry to Jebel Dhana.

On the island is the Delma museum exhibiting archaeological finds.
