DAMAC Heights (formerly Project Name Ocean Heights 2) is a Construction project for a skyscraper in Dubai ( United Arab Emirates).

The sleek, upward in the shape of a slightly curved saber building whose upper half narrows with increasing height, is expected to reach 85 storeys after its completion, a height of 335 meters. Originally a height of 420 meters was set, but this was reduced to 335 meters. The slender ascending building will act as a fully residential tower. 85 floors offer here a total area of ​​114,000 square meters. This building was also designed by the British architects Aedas Dubai. Completion will be according to official figures expected in 2016.

In June 2011, first concreting were made to the foundation. After initial foundation work had begun, they had to be necessarily interrupted in December 2011, because the sea water from the Dubai Marina flooded the excavation for a dam failure. The water had to be pumped out then again after the leak was closed. A similar incident occurred in 2007 during the construction of which is also located in Dubai Cayan Tower. Since March 2012, the construction work to rest as on numerous other sites in Dubai, which can be explained primarily by economic reasons. Construction started at the end of the year 2012. The name of the building changed in February 2013 to Damac Residenze, the amount was reduced to 335 meters.

At the bottom of the building will consist of a reinforced concrete structure, while built on top finished in steel construction.
