Damflos

Damflos is a municipality in the Trier -Saar castle in Rhineland- Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Hermes wedge.

Geography

Damflos is located in the Black Forest High forest and in the Saar -Hunsrück. The west of the town flowing prims forms the municipal boundary to Hermes wedge. The municipality also includes the living space Mühlenhof.

History

The present town dates back to a charcoal burners 'camp in 1730, under a " stream between dams fluently', today the " Damflößchen ", derives its name Damflos.
