Damon Dash

The long-time business partner of Jay -Z was co-founder and CEO of Roc -A -Fella Records. Under Dash managed to Roc -A -Fella Records with numerous corporate investments to jump into other business areas. In addition, he founded, along with Jay -Z, the fashion label Rocawear Clothing and the production company Dash Films. Following the sale of Roc -A -Fella Records, he founded the new label dashmusicgroup with artists such as Sizzla or Grafh.

Today, he is married with fashion designer Rachel Roy and has two daughters with her.
