Dan Fesperman

Dan Fesperman ( born September 15, 1955 in the U.S.) is an American journalist and writer.

Life

Growing up is Dan Fesperman American Charlotte. After studying journalism and history at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, he worked as a journalist, including for the Miami Herald and the Baltimore Sun. From 1993 to 1996, he told a correspondent of the Berlin office of the Sun over the Yugoslav Wars. His trip to Sarajevo in 1994 inspired his award-winning first novel, Lie in the Dark ( dt lie in the dark).
