Dania Ramirez
Dania Ramírez ( born November 8, 1979 in Santo Domingo ) is a Dominican actress.
Life and career
At the age of 15 years, Ramirez came to work as a model in the United States. After studying at Montclair State University, she went to pursue acting in Los Angeles. Her first notable role was in Spike Lee's drama Ramírez 25 hours next to Edward Norton and Philip Seymour Hoffman. In 2003, she was in three episodes of Buffy - to see the Vampire Slayer. 2004 had Ramírez again in a film by director Lee, She Hate Me in 2006 she was in the role of Callisto in the comic book adaptation X -Men: The Last Stand to see. In addition, she appeared in several episodes in the second part of the sixth season of the U.S. television series The Sopranos as Blanca Selgado. From 2007 to 2008 she played the role of Maya Herrera in the NBC series Heroes.
