Daniel Bautista

Daniel Bautista (* August 4, 1952 in Mexico City ) is a former Mexican walkers and Olympic champion.

In his relatively short career, Bautista dominated both on the track and on the road. He received international attention in 1975 when he won the 20 km walk in the Pan American Games in Mexico City, making him the co- favorites for the taking place in the following year the Olympic Games.
